I bought the Toshiba because the battery life for the price was unprecedented. I thought I could buy a cheaper brand, but would have to upgrade the battery. Another thing I like is the keyboard seems easy to use, and the Internet is pretty fast, so good. I just go to the library and its free Wi-Fi.
I did not know how the mouse pad (GOT tedious to use), so I bought a wireless mouse (Microsoft), and now love it.
I can not comment much on it to try to install any software used in the new Windows (my computer at home on a Mac), and there are some differences in formatting, and how to use everything, but if you think I don ' t even a manual that is fairly intuitive, and in general I like the product. Person (in 40something non-techie who uses the computer extensively reports a day), go to work.
